« I asked for a later check out at 12:30 or 1 and the person working the front desk said they would put a note in about it. The next day the cleaning lady came knocking on the door at 11 and the lady said that they didn’t give late check out. »

« They had cockroaches crawling on the bed and walls I checked out Saturday night cause I was gone all day and came back and seen them crawling and I was furious it was a very bad experience and they didn’t even make the bed while we were gone »

« Pulled up to girl yelling cussing and smoking in her robe in parking lot, turns out was the receptionist. Get to room the toilet had pee in it, a key was on the floor under door from someone else soap on the floor from someone else and trash in room from others. Next day same car from the worker and her (husband?)were parked under overhead covering. Both looked like havent showers in a week or more. They also had a teenage son walking around lobby no shoes. « The clerks checked us in and out quickly which was nice. The continental breakfast opened (we were first ones there) coffee was still Coming out as clear hot water.. when we looked no eggs or meats etc so not as full As other places with continental breakfasts. The walls were very thin and easy to hear people outside and in the halls. The clerks were very friendly. »

« Rooms were clean, hotel was overall quiet. I gave this 3 stars because I want to be frank in that if you are staying in this hotel /area in general, there are very active train tracks right outside. As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). For a short “getaway,” for some better sleep, I would not unfortunately stay at this location again. Hotel was clean, service was kind and pleasant. Just...

« The staff is extremely rude. Use extreme caution when walking around the king size bed because there’s about of 18 inches between the wall in bed. They give you exactly 2 hand towels to wash glass and two towel towels. No towel to step on when you get out of the shower. Bring your own shampoo because they give you something that looks like a ketchup packet and it stinks and is not literally enough to wash your hair, especially if you’re a woman.
