'We loved the home it was comfortable and very clean. The host had left some bottled waters and a selection of coffee pods, teas, creamers, sugars and some little chocolates too, which was a nice touch and unexpected. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner was also provided in each bathroom. The location of the home was perfect for our visit to Ocean Beach Park (5 minute walk), Waterford Beach Park, Harkness Memorial State Park and the Lyman Allyn Art Museum in New London. 'A group of us stayed here for USCGA commencement. The house is nicer than the pictures do it justice. It's lived in and very retro but it's like visiting your beloved family home that is just the way you like it. Don't expect modern baths but do expect a lot of character and a well-stocked kitchen. Walking on the beach was lovely before the weather turned on us. Would definitely stay again.'

'Photos are accurate. The area is quiet and peaceful. Kitchen well stocked and everything as described. The kitchen cupboards and drawers don't have knobs to open them so sometimes that was tricky but not a deal breaker.Owner responsive and communication open and easy for a couple of things that came up during our stay. I believe we resolved to both our satisfaction. '
