'Hotel vlakbij de outletshops en niet al te ver van dowtown st augustine en het strand. Het hotel is recentelijk opgeknapt en heeft een frisse uitstraling. In eerste instantie was er geen kamer beschikbaar omdat we een half uur te vroeg incheckten, maar gelukkig corrigeerden ze dit na 5 minuten en was er een kamer beschikbaar. De kamer is ruim en comfortabel. Het bed is wat aan de zachte kant en de airco aan vervanging toe. '

'Our 4 day stay was in Room 401. Pet friendly. End of hallway on the fourth floor. I can only describe our stay as frustrating. Firstly, there was no hot water for the first two nights. Then a maintenance crew was sent and the problem was fixed. The telephone in this room did not allow me to communicate with the front desk. The other problem with the room was the humidity factor in the room. Although the A/C ran constantly our clothing felt damp to the touch. That issue was never...

'Close to highway'

'We love this hotel! It is extremely clean, and the people are wonderful. This is probably the least chain hotel in the world (which is a good thing). They tell you they want it to feel like home—and it does. We always stay in a suite, which is usually half the price of a room at a chain. One thing—it is a mile walk to the historic district, which can be hot in the summer!'

'This hotel is just outside st Augustine. Rooms are spacious, clean and the balconies are a nice touch. Pool is on the small side, but the beach is a 2 minute walk away. Breakfast is good, service is excellent. Just across the parking lot there is a Publix, which is convenient.'

'On the surface the place looks fabulous. But since they moved the Hall of Fame it has suffered. The room was dated and smelled but after reading some of recent reviews apparently there all in rough shape. Paint is peeling off the ceiling in bathroom, the furniture is old and falling apart and although the carpet looked clean it smelled. Granted it was a pet friendly room but it need to be cleaned. Its sad because the place was really nice a few years back when we visited. On a positive note the...
