'I have been in many Hyatt hotels but this one in Phnom Penh is by far the nicest! Super friendly staff. Especially the manager Ratha. It has this personal vibe which exceeds over all the other Hyatts. Already the way of checking in is very nice. Great room, nice roof top bar with beautiful view over the city. Nice neighborhood.
