Featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a dining room table that seats six and bar seating for three, there is plenty of room to entertain family and friends. There is also an outdoor dining table that seats six on the back patio just outside the sliding glass kitchen doors.

Natural light illuminates the main living room which has two couches, comfort seats, and a 55" flat screen smart TV. The second spacious living area is upstairs and includes a comfortable sectional, a 55" flat screen smart TV with cable where you can unwind! We have even stocked some favorite card and board games ensuring total enjoyment after a day in the sun.

The private courtyard includes an outdoor hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining table with plenty of additional patio seating, perfect for relaxing beneath the stars. Home has a large 2 car garage with an electric car charger.

Community swimming pool is heated and open year round!

Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family.

--> Hot tub: Professional routine services are Tuesday AND Friday. They will not interrupt you and simply just slip in the back gate. The cleanliness of the hot tub is a top priority and hope it isn't much of an inconvenience. Hot tub is programmed for your enjoyment and safety. If you have any concerns or want something adjusted, send me a message and please do not adjust settings.
