'Exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful cabin in the woods. Well cared for space, super comfortable and charming. Hot tub was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again.'

'Chalet #9 is a humble home with a direct path to beach (7 minute walk) and just a few blocks away from Sharky’s. The kitchen is small and there is no dishwasher, I share that in case you have a big intention to cook a lot, be prepared to hand wash (no problem for us). This is more built for 2 people, anymore would feel overwhelming. 1 parking spot right outside the door. The text updates were great with door codes for check in as well as the check out process. Emails as well. It worked perfect...

'We really enjoyed our time here! The view is great, and we slept great! The whole house has a relaxed cozy vibe to it with that cabiny feel. Loved having acess to a fully stocked pantry - we made use of it and had an amazing breakfast. Also, the host John was great to work with. 10/10 would stay again.'

'Perfect place for a multi-generational gathering. Location is great, variety of sleeping and gathering spaces work well for different ages & needs, and the pool & yard are fantastic! — we also loved the cozy bedding and throw blankets for chilly evenings.'

'Our stay at the Rock House was full of relaxation and taking in the beauty of the architecture, details, and exploring the area. Walking distance to so many nice stops in metaline falls, including the cutter theater. The theater building houses a library that was a great place to bring our children and learn more about the first owner of the home.'

'Had a wonderful time. It was the perfect place to be together, we wanted to try the slopes or snow at Mt.Baker one last time. All of us where able to enjoy the mountain or just hang out at the Chalet. Very relaxing and comfortable for all of us.'

'We wanted some relaxing lake time with the family and that’s what we got!! Kayaking on the lake and relaxing on the back porch. Be aware fishing on the lake is closed from October to the end of April. We did not know there are lakes in this county that have this rule.'

'We were down for the Roanoke Conference and a few more days to explore the area. Good location to the activity centers. Also a good base to explore the area. Took a few hours one day and drove North passed Moclips to the end and back. Another day we drove around to Westport and then another day trip to Long Beach/ Cape Disappointment, then to Astoria for dinner and back. About a 2 hour drive each way. 'Beach not private, not within steps from cabin. Amenities says fireplace but it is not operable, ever! The price too high for inconvenience. Communication was very good from host! '

'The house was great for a quick overnight stay on our family road trip. The space was clean, check-in was easy, and the house was located near all the amenties we needed and the beach. Would definitely stay again at this location if ever in the area again.'

'We enjoyed our weekend and first trip to Ocean Shores. On the map it looks like this is an oceanfront property but it is not and that was disappointing. A couple of extra space heaters will also help in the winter months'
