'This is a great place to stay, staff was great. A little disappointed the restaurant was closed Tuesday and Wednesday but the pool was great and the area of the lake was pretty quiet. The cabin was nice, we will be back.'

'The cabin was beautiful and clean. Perfect for 2. The hosts had a nice reception book ready that was clear and helpful. We did have an issue with the WiFi that was undergoing improvements, but the host was very helpful and responsive and we got it going. If we are ever back in the area this cabin will be the first place I check.'

'We had peaceful getaway at the Hix Lake and Cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped, generously stocked kitchen. Its location on the private lake is serene with no other houses in sight.The real show-stopper was the outdoor areas.
