Cozy, quaint, artsy cottage in the heart of Warm Springs. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, galleries, trails, spa, the Warm Springs Pools and more! 5 mile drive to The Homestead Resort. Begin your day with coffee on the glass porch, among the treetops while listening to the clock-tower chime the hour and end it with sunsets around the fire pit before enjoying amazing stargazing. Take the walking tour down Germantown Road beginning at the Waterwheel and visit the Bath County Historical society. Convenient centralized location. Enjoy the charm of the claw foot tub and farmhouse sink. You’ll get a true taste of nostalgia and cottage mountain living! Queen bedroom and single bedroom share a door. Can be closed and used as two bedrooms or opened and used as a suite. Roll away bed is available.

Warm Springs Lavender Hill

This was a very welcoming property. It had everything you needed and was close to restaurants and the warm springs bath houses. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. Great communication with the property manager. As experienced travelers, I highly recommend this property.

My two girlfriends and I stayed the weekend at the Cottage and enjoyed everything it had to offer. The owners and the manager were very responsive to every question we had. A perfect "Girlfriends Weekend!"

Perfect Bath County Basecamp

We stayed at Lavender Hill Cottage for a friendship reunion trip after the three of us hadn't seen each other at the same time in three years, now that we are spread so far across the country after college. This was the perfect house for our needs. The vibe is so cozy, the village center in Warm Springs is walkable, and the central location within the county makes this cottage the ideal basecamp for exploring all the natural and culinary attractions Bath County has to offer! This was my second time staying here, and I cannot recommend it enough.

A lovely time!

We loved how much this cottage felt like someone's home. It was so cozy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the fire pit and reading some of the books on the shelves. And it was in a great location to boot, only a couple minutes from the pools Warm Springs. Pam, the property manager, was welcoming and let us know about a water issue (which did not affect the stayatall).

Charming

Lavender Hill Cottage is charming. There was plenty of space for the four of us. The cottage provided everything we needed for our annual girl's getaway. The waterfall was less than a half hour away and wad was breathtaking. The Warm Springs, which are just down the street, were fun and relaxing.Thank you to our wonderful hostess. Communication was easy and the VRBO was just as nice as described. Thank you so much.

The perfect stay!

We adored this cottage: great location for exploring the town and region (we came for soaking and the nearby Maple Festival). And the house itself was wonderful for 3 of us to cook full meals each night and spread out to read, watch movies and play games (kindly provided!)The house is SO nicely designed and decorated. There are so many thoughtful touches and it really felt like our home for a few days. It’s a beautiful space but also clearly meant to be used. We 100% hope to return!
