'This was a great property! Clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the screened porch. There was a big field to the side where we did our “camping Olympics” and great for the dog to run around. The creek was good for floating and there were some nice trails. Close to a grocery store but still completely secluded. Quick communication with the host.WiFi was shoddy- but was better if all of us were not on it at the same time- we don’t use it much anyway. . Would be great to have a better...

'The cottage was clean and efficient. The patio area with hottub was a plus. Though not fancy, it was comfortable. We liked that it was about halfway between Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park.'

'Hot tub was very nice, but did have a green tint in the water on the last day we were there. Might need to be cleaned or maintained. The kitchen was stocked okay, but we would have loved to have a blender, dish rack for drying, and ice trays. Overall, very beautiful cabin and responsive host. We chose to stay an extra night!'

'We enjoyed our stay very much! The deck was magical during the summer with the hut tub and grill. Sunset over the mountain to the west. So nice that we got engaged on the deck!'
