A picture-postcard property, this cottage is accessed via a short wooden bridge over a shallow stream. Step over the bridge and along the garden pathway through the shared front garden and cross the threshold into your dream getaway. Leaving your boots and coats in the flagstone hallway, you can then enter the bright and airy lounge/diner. Here, a sofa for two and an armchair invite you to rest your legs. A TV/DVD player adds an extra option for evening entertainment, whilst the coal-effect electric fire is a brilliant addition for chillier, winter evenings. Peppered with original features, the space manages to blend traditional charm with plenty of modern comforts. From the lounge you can access the property’s kitchen. Affording garden views and equipped with everything you could need, from oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, to washing machine and more, it is a pleasant space for both cooking and socialising. Heading upstairs you will come to the bathroom, including bath with overhead shower and WC. Also upstairs is the bedroom with slightly reduced head height in the eaves, complete with a double bed and TV.

To the front of the property, a shared garden with lawn looks over the pretty stream, home to many resident ducks. To the rear, a private garden with shared access has outside seating for al fresco feasts, as well as a water feature and a border of flowers and trees.
