« We used this place when our son played baseball in Cooperstown. Though it was an hour away from Cooperstown, it was an easy drive and a great property. Seeing the cows in the front yard one day was a funny surprise - they had gotten out from the nearby farm :). The fly fishing was fun to watch. The A/C units in the upstairs worked great. I would have liked more wash cloths for the shower, but there were plenty of towels. The laundry was excellent to have. It was a wonderful place for 4 adults...

The house is well kept and clean. It felt exactly like “glamping” The pond is awesome to look at and relax by.The fire pit is in the perfect location with plenty of seating to relax by.This is a really nice tranquil place. « I reached out to the property manager to request early checkin as I was hoping to be back at the field prior to our checkin time. He requested I text him directly at noon to give him time to check on the cleaners. We were lucky enough to check in early and get back to the field in plenty of time for the opening ceremonies at All Star Village. « We spent a great week at the house with our 2 dogs. We loved the deck and yard, local hiking and lakes, easy access to a good grocery store and the very comfortable house. Best was the quiet which we really needed. This was the first house of many we’ve rented that had really comfortable beds. It was clear that the bedding, towels, appliances and kitchen utensils were very good quality and we really appreciated that attention to detail. We didn’t eat out as we didn’t want to leave the dogs but...
