« The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again »

« Great spot, great space. Great communication. Would definitely book the place again. »

« Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation. »

« Clean, quiet place to sleep amid a loud city! Owner is communicative and check-in is easy. Great location. »

« Très bien situé »

« Well-appointed studio apartment (one room) with couch and bed. We didn’t use the dishwasher or washing machine, but it was nice to have if needed. There is a small outdoor space which could have been cleaner. We brought a white noise machine to avoid hearing noise from the next door bar, and it worked great. Building felt very secure and the surrounding neighborhood safe. We would rent this apartment again. »
