'The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. Owner was responsive and said he was having trouble with afternoon staff. Location is convenient to central Vulcano and various...

'Posto meraviglioso. Siamo stati coccolati dal proprietario, il Dottore, e da Stefano. La struttura era molto bella, con piscina e docce esterne con acqua termale direttamente dal Vulcano. Servizio navetta gratuito. Gentilezza e disponibilità oltre misura. Tutto perfetto. Posto assolutamente adatto per passare meravigliose vacanze in pieno relax. Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore e lo consigliamo a tutti! Magnifico!!!!'
