Our charming and pet-friendly stone house Anamaria with pool, built and renovated in the typical Istrian country house style, is located in a small village of Delici in the municipality Vrsar, not far from the beautiful hidden bays and beaches of the west coast of Istria and the popular tourist destinations like Porec, Funtana and Vrsar. Regardless of whether you yearn for a hassle-free holiday with your family or friends, or would like to explore the scenic and cultural beauties of Istrian towns and medieval villages, you are sure to enjoy your stay in our cozy and light-flooded stone house Anamaria with pool.With almost 140 square meters on two floors, a garden with private pool and sun loungers, as well as a covered porch with garden furniture and barbecue, the house easily accommodates up to 4 persons. The interior of the house is accentuated with original stone walls and wooden ceiling beams that provide a much needed shade and cool during hot summer days. On the ground floor you will find an original wooden kitchen with oven, 4-burner stove, microwave and freezer fridge and living / dining area with a corner sofa surrounded by old stone walls and a wooden beamed ceiling and a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor consist of two separate bedrooms, one with a large king bed, second with two single beds. ideal for children. In the late afternoon, let another eventful vacation day end on the veranda next to the pool with a cold beer or a glass of delicious Istrian wine in your hand or light up the barbecue and make it a true party.
