Nouvelle offre d’automne Presque deux acres de forêt tropicale près du Parc National des Volcans

Summary:

Trade beach crowds for birdsong, coqui frogs, and misty rainforest evenings at this three-bedroom, two-bath Volcano home set on nearly two lush acres. With room for six, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, backyard lanai, and a gas fireplace, it is made for families or friends who want to explore Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and come home to real quiet. The park is only about a mile away, putting crater views, lava tube walks, and remarkable forest trails close to your door. Vaulted ceilings and modern furnishings keep the interior open and welcoming, while cool high-elevation evenings invite everyone to gather by the fire. Drive into Volcano Village for a café or supplies, then settle back under the trees. This is a genuinely different Big Island stay for travelers who want nature, stargazing, and a slower kind of adventure.

The Space:

Vaulted ceilings and modern furnishings give this three-bedroom, two-bath home an open, comfortable feel. The full kitchen flows to a custom dining table and the backyard lanai for meals outdoors, while the gas fireplace makes cool Volcano evenings especially inviting. Set on nearly two quiet acres, the home has space to relax after a full day in the national park.

Guest Access:

This Volcano home offers guests a private entrance, garden setting, and a cozy indoor fireplace for cool upcountry evenings. Outdoor seating on the lanai lets you take in the quiet surroundings. There is no shared pool here, just a peaceful, private retreat.

The Neighborhood:

Volcano is a cool, forested village beside Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, far from the Big Island's sunny beach resorts. The reward is close access to crater overlooks, lava tubes, rainforest trails, and the changing moods of Kilauea. Volcano Village has a small collection of cafés, galleries, and practical stops, but this is a drive-friendly area where the landscape is the main event. Bring a layer for damp, cool evenings and give yourself time to enjoy the trees, birds, and stars. It is an ideal base for nature-minded families and curious explorers.

Getting Around:

Hilo International Airport is about 45 minutes away, an easy drive through lush upcountry forest. A rental car is a must for exploring Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and reaching Hilo's beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Volcano village itself is small and walkable for a few local shops and cafes. Parking is generally simple, available on site or along quiet residential streets.

Other Things to Note:

There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. Guests must climb many stairs to access the home.
