Set in a quiet residential quarter just outside the buzz, this two-apartment holiday home keeps Vodice\'s energy a 5-minute drive away and the peace all to itself. The fenced garden is built for slow days, with a brand-new heated pool, a private outdoor Jacuzzi bubbling beside it, loungers under parasols and a stone fireplace BBQ. When the evening calls, hop in the car and the waterfront\'s restaurants, bars and clubs are minutes from the door, with the villa\'s own gym, weights, treadmill and punching bag included, to work off the night before.

Inside, the house is arranged as two self-contained apartments, one per floor, each with its own kitchen, living room, bathroom and extra WC. Two bedrooms sleep the ground-floor party and three more fill the first floor, so two families can holiday together with their own front-door privacy, then meet in the garden. A dishwasher, oven and coffee machine keep group catering easy, and air conditioning cools the living area and two of the bedrooms.
