'Started off terrible with them overbooking and downgrading our room without telling us. Next day ended up getting a room type that we should have in a great location. From there it’s a great place to stay with kids.'

'Nice new hotel with great pools. On downside is they do not have a shower room or shower in the gym or spa for the day you leave if you have a late flight. '
