« I arrived after a check-in time of 4pm, was informed someone was still using my room and did not know what time I could get into my room. Also there was no availability of getting another room because they were totally booked and no other room available. I went outside and spoke to the other guest staying with me and one of my friends walked and I walked back inside and she said that was unacceptable and needed to speak with a manager. Less than 5 minutes passed and a room was available for us....

« The place was absolutely terrible. We had to wait 30 minutes for check in at 7:15 at night and our room was not available. They wanted us to change our room selection with no comps. The place looks like a storage facility now, I will not be returning after staying there probably 35 to 40 times over the past 16 years. A real disappointment in the new management. »
