'The staff at the hotel are amazing. They are second to none. Our room was great and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job daily. The white sand beach was awesome as well. The only issues we had were getting a frozen drink served at the pool bar took a long time. Also one other issue, the TV in the room has very selective programming which is not a good thing on rainy days. However, all in all the Chancellor Hotel is a great place to stay. I can’t say enough good things about the staff.'

'When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills. There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. Room was nice but the balcony had only room for 1 person? Breakfast options were nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a someone was having cheese fondue with raw fish. Not really pleasant, especially not when you jusk woke up. Restaurant for lunch took a very long time and sometimes they forgot to...

The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, which is perfect for those looking to relax while still being within reach of nearby attractions. The airport is just 20 minutes drive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel you can’t go wrong with it!'
