'This is our 4th time coming back to stay in Mandarin Plaza Hotel when we are in Cebu City. Fantastic location, just accross the Ayala Malls. The customer service assistance is excellent. 'Tweede keer dat ik een enkele overnachting in Cebu city in dit hotel doe dus kennelijk bevalt het mij goed genoeg. Als je daar prijs op sralt veaag wel naar een kamer met raam(en bijbehorend geluid van buiten). Minpuntje dit keer was een grote kluwe haren die van ergens in de badkamer tevoorschijn kwam. Hou er rekening mee sat de koffie bij het ontbijt met melk en suiker is en sat je bij moet betalen als je het zonder wilt....(heb ze aangeraden deze rare policy te veranderen) wifi erg goed'
