'De cottage is oud en vies en wordt voor veel te veel geld te huur aangeboden. Toe aan een grondige renovatie. Geen mogelijkheid om fatsoenlijk buiten te zitten (oud en kapot meubilair en afgebroken veranda), nauwelijks ingerichte keuken en het huis is niet goed schoongemaakt. Veel lawaai van de doorgaande weg, waar de cottag direct aan ligt. Veel bouwmaterialen slingeren over het terrein. Grote afrader, er zijn veel mooiere motels, hotels en Cabins in de buurt te huur.'

'Truly remote cabin—full kitchen and bath. Very cute and cozy but with modern amenities. Large deck and grill and two functioning fireplaces. Free parking and a delicious very local restaurant-bar across the street. The place is movie scene perfect for a hallmark Christmas. The down sides being if you are tall the bathtub will require you to bend down if taller than 5’10”. While I fully expect rustic there were a lot of easy to dust cobwebs. 'A great spot to lay your weary head after a day of sightseeing! Enjoy the park and relax at night, deer in the morning in the backyard too! Nice!!'

'We had a good stay, the view is by far the best feature, loved waking up and having breakfast in the porch looking at the mountains around us. Cabin is comfortable, bed might be a bit too noisy for a light sleeper, but reason for not giving 5 stars is that we found several pans/pots very dirty. I do appreciate they gave us a brand new sponge (not everyone does that). Host was responsive and accommodating even with a very late check-in time!'

'After hiking in Yosemite and Sequoia for six days, we were very excited to soak in the hot tub on this property. Unfortunately, it was dirty with a wide band of scum along the upper edge of the water. Needless to say we did not use it. That was very disappointing as the inside of the home was pristine and very comfortable.'

'We throughly enjoyed our four night stay at the Ranch River Cabin. Perfect size for the two of us. And having a full kitchen was perfect as we didn’t want to spend a fortune eating out. We really enjoyed our time on the ranch and all it had to offer. We spent time sitting at the private beach area on the river. We walked along the aqueduct and also took a hike up to the waterfall and to the top of the property. The highlights of the trip were all the wildlife/animals we encountered. Wild turkeys...

'Great stay. The pictures and description do not do this hidden gem justice. Nice cabin with extra land to walk around. Bar and grill on premises with EXCELLENT food. Hope to return some day!'

'Caretaker Kori was best ever ! Even though had very late night checkin ,she was there for us to open the cabin and help us get situated.. she even has started a fire in the wood burning stove for us !!! Ranch setting was like a national park the beautiful hiking trails, wildflowers, and even a waterfall. Highly recommend this little slice of heaven'

'Nice, comfortable cabin - we stayed there with 5 adults and two kids. The location is convenient and the cabin was stocked with everything we needed. Only issue we encountered was that the two bigger burners on the stove didn’t work - we were able to work around it but the heating the water for morning coffee/tea took a long time, lol! '
