« I reserved 3 rooms at this location. The hotel had plenty of parking in a nice and safe area well lit. The hotel rooms were a nice size however the carpets in the rooms were dirty. Upon entering the room it was clean however it had a smell and immediately I knew it was the carpet. I held a smell like wet sneakers. I accidentally walked on the carpet without slippers and was totally disgusted 😑. Consider removing the carpet. »

« Breakfast menu was very limited »

« Personnel accueillant Propreté »

« Staff were very nice. A lot of surgical patients stay here. Room refrigerator doesn't have a freezer section to freeze the ice packs. It would be nice if freezer space were available to freeze the ice packs »

« The staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was amazing »

« We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...
