It has a 18' x 32' private saltwater pool, sunken hot tub/spa that seats 6 and a 12' x 17' poolside cedar-lined cabana/sports bar complete with commercial ice maker (75 pounds per day), oversized 15 qt cooler to stock all of your refreshments and a 58” poolside LCD TV. There is an additional 10' x 14' granite bar that wraps around the covered Northside lower deck, which allows for a combined cabana/deck bar seating with 12 polywood stools overlooking the pool. This backyard entertainment area also offers a boat dock, two decks with lighted stairs, stainless-steel gas grill, 10 lounge chairs, 2 kid polywood chairs and table, an outdoor poolside hot/cold shower, a picnic table, and a play area with a pirate ship sandbox for smaller children.

Don't forget your kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards! With Sandbridge Crossing's convenient canal dock launch, you will be enjoying all water sports within minutes. No equipment? Local rental companies provide these items, as well as surfboards, beach carts, chairs, and bicycles too! What could be easier? Enjoy sunset fishing from the backyard dock that is equipped with chairs and rod holders.

Sandbridge Crossing was built with summer beach vacation in mind! All bedrooms provide smart TV's. First floor living provides two master bedrooms as well as one child's bedroom. The spacious living room is furnished with two full size sofas, matching oversized chair, 4 lounge chairs, and a 4K TV. There is a downstairs kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, a table that seats 6, and a foosball table. Floor to ceiling windows across the back of this beach house provide beautiful views of the pool, canal, and deck area! The upstairs is a delight with a dining area with a table that seats 12, LCD TV for all to enjoy, and a kitchen with cherry cabinets and granite countertops. There is access to the outside deck from the kitchen as well as two of the upstairs bedrooms.

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
