Great property, and the host is amazing. Very personable and quick to respond. We had a family of 20 stay with plenty of space for everyone. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again (and any other property owned by this host).

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and baking. The sunrise views from the deck were absolutely breathtaking, and the private pool was a huge hit with both the kids and adults.We also loved how easy it was to get to the beach, and the ice cream truck coming by several times during our stay was a fun bonus for the kids.The house was a little warm at night, but the ceiling fans and available box fans in the rooms helped a lot.Communication with Cathy was excellent! Overall, a wonderful place for a family/friends beach vacation. We’d definitely stay here again!

House was as advertised! Perfect for our family of 17. Will rent again for sure. Everything you need was provided. Deck and pool was awesome. Beach access was right out the back door.

Clean home with a stocked kitchen that had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for our group of 15, including dining chairs and sofa space. Spectacular ocean view and a nice inground pool for kids to enjoy. Easy checkout instructions. We would not hesitate to book again if in the area. Cathy was quick with replies for any questions.

So comfortable!!! We loved this place & Sandbridge! We were a group of 11 ranging in ages from young adults to 85 years old with different needs and the layout was perfect for us all. Had everything we needed to relax, play, and enjoy time with our extended family. Great access to the beach and ocean for walks, swimming, & dolphin watching. Enjoyed lots of pool time & just relaxing on the decks. Close to everything you could need or want in an area that is not a commercially touristy area. Rented bikes, went jet skiing, got homemade donuts from local seaside market (probably more mornings than we should have :) ), visited local shops, & more. Truly all that we were looking for in a vacation!

So the house was great, the weather, not so much. The coldest weather in VA in decades. So we watched the ocean from the beautiful living area. Host was responsive to our questions. I would book it again.

BEST FRIENDS made FAMILY getaway

This house was perfect for our three families to spread out but also let the kids bunk up and enjoy downstairs all to themselves! We loved going down to the park, going to the market for donuts, walking the beach and enjoying the beautiful views. We can’t wait to stay here again next year. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and the host was very responsive to any questions.we loved it!

The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. Access to the beach was very convenient. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Plenty of board games were available and we made good use of them. Lastly, our host is a gem and very accommodating. I had to do several airport pickups and she allowed me to drop off my groceries a couple of hours early. I think Christmas in VA Beach may be our family’s new holiday location.

The house is in a fabulous location. It is in need of some repairs. Banisters were shaky which was bad for my elderly mother. Mattresses were terrible, screen in porch was very dirty. I don’t think our sheets were changed. My husband found hair in the bed and the sheets were all wrinkled. You don’t typically get wrinkled sheets if they are clean. Knobs and the faucet were broken in the kitchen. But other than that we had a great time. The kitchen and living room space was nice and comfortable for our big family and the kitchen was well stocked.

We had a beautiful week June 20-27, 2026. The weather was perfect. We enjoyed the week together, the beach and the pool were great. The house had plenty of room for all 16 of us, lots of kitchen utensils to make our big dinners. A few things that stand out to us were the listed queen sized beds were actually full size, definitely not comfortable for two adults. The railing at the bottom of the steps by the shower was loose. We fixed the loose kitchen faucet which was not a big deal, but the gas grill was a mess. We did clean it as best we could but there are parts that need replaced.Cathy was very helpful especially when part of the electricity went out but with directions on where to find breaker box that crisis was avoided. She even answered my call at 6:30am.Thank you for making our first vacation together in a long time a wonderful memory.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Sandbridge! You can walk right out the back door onto the beach - which was incredibly helpful with small kiddos. We had 3 different families in this house and it was more than enough space, no one felt on top of each other. The views are great, bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! Highly recommend!

Our stay was outstanding! Thank you so much for the very prompt responses to my questions and the overall hospitality! The home was clean, well decorated and fully stocked. The location directly on the beach can’t be beat! The beautiful new pool was an added touch. My only suggestion would be to add a little bit of shade to the pool area or back deck. It’s nice to come back from the beach and find a little reprieve from the sun. All in all, 5 stars and we plan on trying to come back!
