It’s a 3 year old town-home have been built by 2014. So everything is grand new, same thing as furniture, equipment. Internet, cable already includes.
For your safety, the house is monitored by 7 exterior camera surveillance system. The system covers are: 2 monitored at front door and front yard, 1 by the back door, 2 monitored by garage and driveway, the other 2 cover the side way, and the fence.
Also we provide key less entry for all door inside, outside the house. Beach chair, grill, etc....available for you during the time you stay.
