Little Island Park, with public parking, a fishing pier, playground, picnic areas, tennis courts, and a life-guarded beach is just a few minutes away, but with such a lovely setting and so much to do at home, you may not venture far. Bookend your days in your abundant outdoor space - spend the morning enjoying the sunrise from the front, ocean-facing deck, and step outside to the back deck for a spectacular sunset over the bay. In between, the kids and family dog will love playing in the huge, fenced yard, and you’ll all love swimming in the in-ground pool, soaking in the hot tub, and watching the birds from the small dock. Spend the day exploring the water with the four kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards on hand, and then fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the deck or opt to eat in the screened porch. Indoor space is just as welcoming, with an open floor plan, comfortable furnishings, and hardwood floors throughout.
