Heritage Home Vila Malena

Heritage Home Vila Malena is a beautiful traditional stone house located in the heart of the island of Vir, dating back to the 18th century. Carefully and thoroughly renovated, the house successfully combines authentic historical charm with modern comfort and elegant contemporary details.



The house has an interior size of 55 m² and is situated on a property of approximately 180 m², offering guests privacy and a relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere. All essential amenities such as beaches, cafés, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, making it an ideal choice for a carefree island holiday.



Heritage Home Vila Malena can accommodate up to 5 guests. The house is fully air-conditioned with three air conditioning units — two located in the bedrooms and one in the living room — ensuring maximum comfort during warm summer days.



The property consists of two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed suitable for two persons, while the fifth guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The house is spread over two floors: the ground floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the upper floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room area.



The house features a beautifully designed courtyard and a charming terrace decorated in authentic Mediterranean style, creating the perfect space for relaxation and enjoying warm summer evenings.

The property is fully fenced, ensuring a safe and secure environment, making it ideal for families with children and guests traveling with pets.

One private parking space is available for guests.
