Located just half a mile from Vineyard Haven and Steamship Authority boats, this home is perfect for families and groups seeking a homey environment, comfort, and convenient access to local attractions, beaches, and dining. Classic Martha's Vineyard home features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with a dining room, a cozy indoor front porch, a large outdoor deck, an outdoor shower, and an enclosed spacious yard. The house includes laundry facilities, and baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, and is stocked with toys, games, and books for kids, making it perfect for families for long and short-term stays.

Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms
The home offers three charming bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed. All three bedrooms are located upstairs and feature a queen bed. Additionally, the indoor front porch includes a comfortable cozy daybed with a pull-out trundle that can act as either two twin beds or one king bed. The renovated full bathroom upstairs boasts a vintage tub and a new corner shower with glass walls, combining modern design with classic charm. There is also a powder room as well as an enclosed outdoor shower for your convenience.

Great location. Lovely house with a well stocked kitchen. Small market across the street and a great fish market a block away we’re both very helpful since we did not have a vehicle.

Perfect house, great location!

We had the best time in Kelly's house. Her home is adorable and was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The house was centrally located to everything: ferry was conveniently close, you could walk to town, fish market, grocery store...even a cross fit gym right down the road. The sunroom had books for adults and children, toys, board games for us to play. Kelly was also very responsive when we had a quick question. Would definitely come back for another stay! :)

The house is the perfect size and style for our family. It was nicely outfitted for our needs . We enjoyed great meals on the deck and relaxed at night in the living room. The location was ideal being close to the town of Vineyard Haven with restaurants, shops and the ferry .

Great Vineyard Haven Rental!

We stayed with our 2 kids & my parents and the house was perfect. A traditional, but updated, New England house with very comfortable & “contemporary” finishes, and great VH location. Plenty of parking & great backyard with deck / gas grill. The location was perfect for us as it was close the market, shopping, etc without the congestion of being in the heart of downrown Vineyard Haven. It would be a little too tight for 2 families that had kids, but perfect for family + in laws. Owner was very helpful / friendly , definarely would rent again.

Beautiful Quaint Yet Modern Vineyard Home

The house was really close to the boat so that made travel to and from the boat super easy. We were delighted with the size of the back deck which looks out onto a nice backyard where we let little one play without having to worry about him wandering. There was a bunch of room for our guests and everyone just loved the outside shower. Unfortunately we didn't have access to the beautiful sea boat that was temporarily in the driveway, maybe next time! ;)
