Very convenient hotel, very good breakfast
Very good breakfast with choice, large room, fast check in and check out, area with largd choice of restaurants. Not my first time in this hotel. I will definitely come back the next time I'll have the opportunity to be in Vilnius.

Très bien!
Excellent: personnel à la reception très serviable, petit déjeuner très bien, literie au top, nourriture au restaurant délicieuse. Le seul petit bémol serait la serveuse du restaurant qui n'est pas très sympathique. Le restaurant est top mais pensez à réserver pour y dîner le weekend car il était complet le vendredi soir pour moi, à mon grand regret.

Un hôtel à la hauteur de nos attentes
Séjour agréable. Décoration locale, mais chambre propre et personnel agréable, dans la mesure de la chaleur des locaux. Les chambres n'ont pas douche ET baignoire, mais douche OU baignoire et en regardant les plans de l’hôtel il semble qu'il y ai plus de chance d'avoir une douche qu'une baignoire. Petit déjeuner nickel : copieux, du choix et de la qualité. Non situé en plein centre ville, mais tout est accessible rapidement à pied. Nous donnions sur cour donc aucun problème de bruit, je ne sais pas si c'est le cas pour les chambres donnant sur les quais où il y a beaucoup de trafic. Il faisait très froid et nous n'avons pu augmenter la température de la chambre qu'en ouvrant manuellement les radiateurs qui faisaient alors un peu de bruit, le réglage central ne fonctionnant pas. Il y avait dans la chambre une bouilloire, mais pas de thé/tisane ou café Prix du mini bar très élevés pour le pays, alors que la carte pour manger était raisonable

un assez bon rapport Qualité/Prix
Sans être exceptionnel, c'est un hôtel tout à fait convenable. Le niveau de confort est très correct, le prix en accord avec les prestations. Il est assez bien localisé, 5 minutes du centre et une petite 15aine de minutes du centre historique. Pour un voyage d'affaires ou pour un week-end, c'est un hôtel que je pourrais recommander sans problème.

Hôtel très calme. idéalement situé.
Le Congress Hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter Vilnius. A 20min de bus direct de l'aéroport, à 5min à pieds du centre de la capitale, il offre un cadre reposant et calme. L'accueil est parfait, "classique et retenu", sympathique. La chambre sobre, confortable et propre. Le petit-déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, parfait. Nous n'avons pas essayé le restaurant : le vieux quartier de Vilnius propose des restaurants bien agréables à un prix tout à fait correct. L'hôtel met à disposition un accès Internet gratuit. Nous avons pris bonne note de cette adresse. A refaire et à recommander.

Bien placé. On est partout à pieds en quelques minutes. Rançon de la gloire, un peu bruyant. Chambres confortables. Un personnel d'accueil dévoué, parlant bien l'anglais et compétant pour toutes les infos pratiques Un bémol pour le petit déjeuner moyen. Mais on mange tellement bien pour pas cher à Vilnius. Un séjour globalement très agréable.

En comparaison avec l'hotel Neringa (excellent !), dans la même ville, le Congress ne fait pas le poids. Les chambres que nous avions étaient petites et le poste de télévision antique avec peu de chaines occidentales. Cela ne pardonne pas.

It’s a great location. Clean and tidy
く Location. The location of the hotel is great! It's off the main high street by only 3 mins walk. Which helps with noise. It is next to a three lane road which can get busy but the double glazing stops the noise. It's great for getting picked up with Taxi etc. if you hire a care there is a car park 1 min walk away. I noticed it was $1.60 per hour but didn't get the 24 hour price. CLEANLINESS. Absolutely spotless! The reception, lifts, hallways, rooms were all immaculate clean. BREAKFAST is avail there I did not have the breakfast but it looked well presented and fresh. I only had coffee so I can't comment. BEDROOM very comfortable bed, big flat screen TV, I had room with bath tub. Amenities (shower gel etc) were basic, I went to a store and bought better. Housekeeping clean and make the beds and tidy bathroom perfectly! Kettle and mini bar with average priced products inside. Safe is avail in wardrobe. I did not see the bar area open at all in 5 days for a coffee or a beer at any time. It was only avail/open for breakfast. But the shops are only 3 mins walk away. If you want to bring your own stuff for the mini bar, it is not electronic so you can put your But the shops are only 3 mins walk away. They said they gave us an up grade which we didn’t ask for and then made us move to another room after one night of a five night stay even though we made it clear we wanted to stay in the same room when we checked in. We had to walk back to the hotel in the rain when we were informed that we had to move in the middle of our tour to see the local sights

The rooms smells like old lady.No breakfast bag in the morning because the kitchen closes before 14.00 local time to prepare it and the Air conditioning in the room are dripping. I told reception that the AC were dripping on the floor and there solution was to put a bucket there

Good place
Staff is very nice. Single room is small, but cool enough. Lacked compliment water. Room was getting too hot during the day, but air conditioning is that good, that problem is solved in 10-20 minutes, you don’t even need to leave it on over night. Breakfast is cool, milk without lactose is available. The minuses are, hair dryer sometimes got “tired” and you need to wait for few minutes until it will start to work again (and it’s very hot, you can’t change that). And swith box is very noisy, I had to pull out ny card to sleep, thus I couldn’t charge my phone during the night.

The staff was really polite and helpful and the breakfast was amazing!! Old town is just a few minutes away where you can find tourist attractions as well as hidden gems, restaurants and shopping. The visit at Congress hotel was truly one of the best ones we’ve ever had, and we’ve traveled a lot :) 10 out of 10!

Wonderful service, business, attention to detail
The Hotel helped me with everything that I needed. The breakfasts were delicious, staff was competent, everyone was friendly. I really enjoyed my time in the spacious beautifully furnished room. The amazing bathroom and 24 hour availability for questions. In addition to great Wi-Fi. Great place to stay overall!
