The beach house is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, 2 smart TVs, luxurious linens, and lightning fast internet. There is keyless entry for your convenience. This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is only 5 houses from a Delaware Bay Beach access.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed. The living room couch is a queen pull out bed.

The Villas are a quiet residential neighborhood just off the Delaware Bay, located within 20 minutes of both Cape May and Wildwood.
Minimum rental age is 25.
Parking is limited to 3 cars.
There is an additional pet cleaning fee of $50 per stay. All pets must be up to date on shots and flea & tick treatments.
No parties or fireworks.
Early check ins or late check outs are offered for a $50 fee.
