Located in Vilafranca del Penedés, the holiday home 'Apartament Merlot' has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This apartment is part of a 400 m² property that can be rented separate or along with the 2nd apartment as a full house. This apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), Netflix and a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, a washing machine, satellite TV with streaming services as well as children's books and toys. A high chair and 2 baby cots are also available. There is a shared fully-equipped kitchen at the disposal of both apartments guests.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a balcony. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes an open terrace.

The property is located 15 km from the beatufiful beaches of Garraf, Vilanova i la Geltrú and Sitges, as well as 50 km from Barcelona with all its attractions and cultural activities. The property is also located close to the mountain of Montserrat and its famous monastery.

Pets, parties and groups of young people are not allowed.

Smoking inside the property is not permitted but allowed on the terrace.

Air conditioning is not available.

There are security cameras at the entrance, lobby and terrace. The cameras are without recording: they are video surveillance, without contract filming and part of the security alarms. One located at the main entrance to the building that notifies the owners of the entry and exit of people. Another on the hall at the entrance of the apartments. Two cameras located on the exterior and common terraces, and another cameras in the gallery area that leads to the exterior terrace, also being a communal area. There is no camera inside the apartments nor in the kitchen despite being a common area for both apartments.

There is a meeting room in the building.

Upon request, visits and tours of the cellars and vineyards are offered, as well as bicyle tours through the vineyards of Penedes (subject to availability).

The electricity on this property is generated by solar power.
