The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a 130cm double bed, the other with two 90cm beds, it is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi (optional €5 per day), fully equipped independent kitchen, living room with a single sofa bed and access to a large terrace overlooking the gardenIn its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.

The building does not have an elevator, (3rd floor)

Animals are not permitted.

House's rules:

Animals are not accepted

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels, Towels supplement €4/person.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur an extra charge.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
