Tophotel op een toplocatie
Wil je lekker shoppen, dan is dit hotel een prima locatie. De beste winkelstraat van Wenen. Veel diversiteit aan winkels. Ook de metro op een paar minuten afstand. Het hotel is net, fris en modern. De kamers heerlijk ruim,met goede voorzieningen en er is een prima ontbijtbuffet met veel gezonde items. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede bedden. Een echte aanrader dus.

Our boutique hotel with 73 rooms is located on Mariahilfer Straße, one of Europe's largest shopping boulevards. Directly in front of the property is the entrace the subway U3, connecting you to anywhere in town as well as to the airport. In the surrounding area you will also find many trendy bars and a vast variety of restaurants. On your way to the historic center, which is a comfortable stroll away, you will come across Spittelberg, Museumsquartier and Hofburg. The spacious rooms, in which the sleeping and sitting area is separated by a swiveling TV wall, feature a rain effect shower with vigorating amenities, complimentary Nespresso machine and kettle with a selection of tea, as well as our custom made NH Sleep Better beds with pillow selection. In the morning then, the rich breakfast buffet offers a large variety of fresh and local produce, like honey from our own bees. Egg dishes are individually made to your wishes. Enjoy a glass of fresh orange juice or champagne and start the new day with a breathtaking view over Vienna's skyline. Das Hotel war super. Sie direkte Lage an der Fußgängerzone ist zum Einen praktisch leider jedoch gerade im den Randzeiten mit den stark alkoholisieren und unter drogeneinflussstehenden Passanten unangenehm.

Location and the staff are the best about this hotel. Staff are very polite and professional. We felt at home and safe. Rooms are pretty big despite its located in europe. I left my apple watch and they reached out to me via email ASAP. They reply promptly to my emails. Shopping, restaurants and public transportation is just right outside the hotel. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely recommend to others.

Bin entäuscht vom Personal
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, jedoch war das Personal ziemlich desinteressiert. Für mich wurden Blumen als Geschenk abgegeben mit der Bitte, dass der Blumenstrauß auf mein Zimmer gebracht werden sollte. Leider lagen sie am nächsten Tag einfach hinter der Rezeption, ohne Wasser. Auf Nachfrage des Überbringers wurde diesem von der Rezeption ausdrücklich gesagt, dass es ihnen egal sei. Diese Arbeitseinstellung ist furchtbar.

Sehr geehrte Frau Johanna,vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben um Feedback zu geben.Wir sind froh, dass Sie die Sauberkeit und die Zimmer positiv hervorgehoben haben.Leider konnten wir die Blumen nicht wie gewünscht auf das Zimmer bringen, weil sich in Ihrem Zimmer ein Hund ohne Aufsicht befunden hat und aus diesem Grund ist dem Personal untersagt das Zimmer zu betreten.Unsere Rezeptionisten haben mehrmals versucht telefonisch die Dame zu erreichen, welche die Blumen bei uns bei der Rezeption hinterlassen hat, leider erfolglos.An dieser Stelle würden wir gerne festhalten, dass das Front Office Team stets das bestmögliche versucht um die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen.Dies belegen auch viele positive Kommentare unserer Gäste auf verschiedenen Bewertungsportalen.Trotzdem hoffen wir, dass wir Sie wieder in unserem Hotel so bald wie möglich begrüßen dürfen.Mit besten Wünschen

Large and comfortable rooms. Very accommodating staff. It is not that close to the museum quarter in Vienna, but the location is very good . Lots of shops and restaurants close by.

5* für die grossartige Lage, U-bahn Station zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt daneben, aber da hörts leider auch auf. Check-in lief sehr speditiv und unkompliziert. Gang zum Lift war etwas verwirrend, da die abgenutzten Wände, haufenweise Holz Paletten und kapputte flackernde Lichter eher an einen Gang fürs Personal vermuten liess.Zimmer war dann aber geräumig und bot viel Platz. Leider haben Ameisen dieselbe Erfahrung gemacht da sie uns jeden Tag im Bad begrüssten. Hotel Staff war nicht unfreundlich, aber eine Gastronomische Herzlichkeit wie sie in vielen Teilen der Welt gelebt wird war schlichtwrg inexistent. Oder gehört das doch zum Wiener "Flair" da diese Erfahrung in praktisch jedem Etaiblissment gemacht wurde?!

Great location, dirty room.
1. The room we got had dirty walls and spiders coming out of the ceiling. Even after room cleaning service the toilet wasn't cleaned and there were spider webs on the ceiling. 2. Room cleaning service missed our room one day. 3. We asked for late check out (an extra 1 hour) and we were told no problem, but when we came to the room to get checked out they locked our key to the room (forgot that we asked late check out) and asked for extra payment for late check out even though they didn't say anything about extra cost when we asked for the late check out. 4. Breakfast was good but nothing you won't get at any other 4-5 star hotel, service at breakfast was good. 5. Location was the only feature of the hotel that was really great, possibly best Location in vienna.

Property location was great - in the middle of the city so very convenient. However, the property is on the older side and a bit run down. A/C wasn’t super strong so you might have issues during peak summer time (when we stayed). The hot water also suddenly went out one morning while we were showering. Someone from the maintenance team came & checked but was not able to figure it out. Ended up showering in an un-used room. Overall, wasn’t terrible but was not super positive either.

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fueron los cuartos porque son muy grandes y espaciosos pero lo que no me gusto fue el servicio al cliente. Deberían estar pendientes a lo que el cliente necesita porque no pueden estar sin nada de utilidades necesarias en el hotel. Igual deberían mejorar mas la comida para tener buena calidad. Sobretodo, muy bien pero no tan mal.

Nicht die gewohnte NH Qualität. Abfertigung nur mit Dienst nach Vorschrift, keine Gastgeberqualitäten. Angeboten wird Frühstück bis 12 Uhr - ab 10 Uhr allerdings kein Brot/keine Brötchen mehr und das Buffet wird nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Housekeeping kam grundsätzlich erst ab 16.30 Uhr wenn man das Zimmer vielleicht schon wieder nutzen möchte. Reinigung erfolgt dann oberflächlich innerhalb von 4 Minuten.

I want to give special recognition to a young man, I believe by the name of Peter, blond hair with glasses. Who was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and kind during my stay at this hotel. Not only was he attentive, but very helpful! This hotel is perfectly situated on a pedestrian street filled with shops and close to buses and other modes of transportation. In front is a McDonald’s and a grocery store, I mean you really can’t go wrong with that. The rooms are large and spacious, very clean, and uncluttered. The bed and the pillows were incredibly comfortable as well, I slept like an empress (no pun intended). Shower had great pressure and it was modern, aka I did not have to climb in lol Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were rude on check in. The actual check in took a long time and the rooms weren’t ready. When we asked if we could use a toilet after travelling they said no.. I’m actual fact they don’t have a properly reception area. We asked for our room to be cleaned one day and it wasn’t, the sheets weren’t even changed and they forgot towels. The air con wasn’t working and blowing out hot dusty air. Overall I don’t see how this is a 4 star hotel, it was terrible. The only good thing it’s got going for it was it’s location.

This is for sure not the high quality standard which we are trying to achieve every day.The A/C is working with a central system and it will be turned on only if a certain temperature is reached outside during a certain period of time.The bed sheets are changed every third day or upon request and the towels only if they are not hanging as we are a sustainable company and trying to avoid to pollute the environment unnecessary.As we can do it better for sure, we hope you will give us a chance to improve and that we can welcome you back again in our hotel to be your host.With best wishes
