Welcome to the apartment, ideally located in Favoriten. The studio apartment with 1 living/bedroom offers space for up to 2 people.
The apartment is located near Reumannplatz - excellent transport connections (10 minutes by subway to the city center; or 2 stops to the main train station).

The apartment is located in a typical old Viennese residential building - built around 1900 (1st floor with elevator).
With 30 m², the apartment is suitable for up to 2 people (see photos for furnishings). Small kitchen in the anteroom (2 hotplates, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill function). Small bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen haben sich die Gäste in ein online-Gästebuch einzutragen (Namen, Legitimationsdaten, Anschrift).

Bitte mach alle Fenster zu und schließe die Türen ab, wenn du die Wohnung verlässt.

Während der Heizperiode: um Energie zu sparen bitte die Fenster nur kurz zum Lüften aufmachen – nicht dauernd offen oder gekippt lassen.
Empfohlene Raumtemperatur für die Heizungseinstellung: 20-21 Gard Celsius; bitte nicht mehr als 22-23 Grad einstellen.
