Spread across two levels, this holiday home comfortably hosts up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, a bright living–dining area with TV and air-conditioning sets the tone for easy meals and slow mornings, while the open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, cooker, coffee maker and kettle) gives you everything needed for home-style cooking. A guest toilet completes the floor. Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms - a double bed with balcony access, a twin room with two single beds, another double room, and a cozy bunk-bed room ideal for kids. Two bathrooms - one with a shower and a toilet, one with a bathtub and a shower - keep daily routines smooth.

Within the estate, leisure feels effortless - a shared swimming pool, children’s pool, tennis court, garden spaces, a terrace for evening grilling, and shared washing & drying facilities (paid). Parking is available on-site. When you’re ready to explore, the Provençal coast awaits - the postcard canals of Port-Grimaud, sandy coves near Sainte-Maxime, and vibrant Saint-Tropez just a short drive away.

Evenings end softly here: a quiet dinner outdoors, a warm breeze, and conversations that linger long after the sun sets.
