Nous avions une chambre à l’étage 2 parce que j’avais un chien pas rénové et la poussière sur les meubles et du d’être rénové , mon amies elle n’avais pas de chien et elle avais une chambre rénovée .très déçu de voir la différence .

Je suis vraiment désolé que vous n'ayez pas passé le meilleur séjour ici au Sandman Victoria Hotel. Nous sommes en train de rénover toutes les chambres. Une fois terminé, toutes les chambres de l'hôtel seront terminées, y compris les chambres acceptant les animaux domestiques. There was a hair on the toilet bowl when I got into my room the first time. The breakfast was quite expensive, no wonder why I was the first and only client in the restaurant at that moment. Next time, I'll choose a different hotel.

Very expensive hotel for the poor quality of the facilities, and the unsafe area it is located. Many homeless around the hotel, most of them under heavy drug influence. Room does not smell good. Probably the worst hotel by far… paying more than USD $500 per night is infuriating.

We really liked this hotel, nice big room with kitchen area and living room area. Pool and hot tub were nice, pool was warm, even by my standards. Staff was very friendly.

Folks around the facility, the back parking lot in particular, were a bit sketchy at times but there was locked underground parking and the front desk staff were amazing.

I had booked 2 rooms at the hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. I was very disappointed after finding a long hair on the towel inside the washroom. One of the rooms garbage was over filling and had the card left on the door. I asked the cleaning worker who was outside couple rooms down in the afternoon while leaving the room requesting to pick up the over filling garbage which was full inside. The worker said to have the card in the right position which i made sure it was. Returned back at night and found the garbage bins still full. Went to the front desk next day who said he would get it done, which again was not done again. Then was asked by the front desk guy to put it outside and he would come and pick up, again that did not happen. Its a convenient location but i was with my parents who were visiting from Toronto who did not enjoy the stay there. Very disappointed after spending soo much money booking two rooms but the service was below par. I would not recommend this hotel if you are taking your family.
