A compact desk area is available for remote work tasks, and the clean bathroom includes a full bathtub and shower combination alongside an in-suite stacked washer and dryer for convenience. Located right in downtown Langford, you are within easy walking distance of local restaurants, cafes, markets, and daily necessities.

Essential Stay Details

One dedicated parking space is included in your monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle; please let us know if you travel with a non-standard vehicle to ensure a proper fit in the garage.

A one-time departure cleaning fee of $390 is added at the time of booking. Optional weekly or bi-weekly professional housekeeping services can easily be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation remains refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Within 30 days of travel, the booking becomes 100% nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, no administrative fees are charged for schedule modifications, provided a 30-day written notice of your departure date is submitted in writing.
