« I sent the below list of problems 4 days ago to the cabin mgt in hopes I would help them understand and rectify the problems for future customers. I did not get a response. This stay was not good. No smoke detector is dangerous. I have pics to back up my statements. The smoke detector backing was on the wall but the smoke detector was not present. The toilet did not flush properly. « Our family enjoyed the location and the house was very nice and equipped. Only issue was the accessibility with the driveway which should be clearly stated. Very steep gravel driveway which our car couldn’t make it up so we had to park at the bottom and walk up. We were very capable to do so but it could be an issue for others. »

« We had a good experience. Had everything we needed for our stay. Some simple repairs and aesthetic improvements could be done to make the home better (paint touch ups, dents in wall, loose doorknobs, door to washer/dryer area). Enjoyed being able to bring our small dog and proximity to NP and nearby towns was great. Did not use hot tub but it's a nice perk »

« Not too far from the lake, a bit of a trek to the New River Gorge. The place was very clean with most of what you’d need. Communication was excellent. A/C worked very well! »
