Villa Lucia is a spacious, bright two-story home in the heart of Viareggio, offering 170 m² to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a large entrance hall, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and an outdoor patio ideal for al fresco dining. Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), two bathrooms with showers, and two balconies—one with sea views overlooking Bagno Nettuno. This floor also features a beautiful semi-covered terrace, perfect for enjoying an aperitif.



The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, a TV with video on demand, a washing machine, and a coffee machine—everything you need to feel at home while on holiday.



The location is very central, just steps from restaurants, bars, the promenade, and the beach, with public transport stops nearby. Parking is available on the street for a fee at a nearby ticket machine. Upon request and for an extra fee, a crib and high chair are available. Check-in is in person from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; arrivals outside these hours incur an additional charge. Events are not permitted on the property.
