NEAR BEACH WITH PRIVATE POOL/SPA + WALK TO DOWNTOWN RESTAURANTS

Welcome to the Tropical Oasis, where it's like having your very own private resort! Plus, you are just a few minute drive from the beach! There is a huge heated pool and spa with fountains and colored LED lights + a fire pit area overlooking the pool at night. And you are so close to the water that you get the great tropical breezes, no matter what time of year! It is just a few minute walk to downtown and the river, or a few minute drive to the beach, which is just over the causeway on the island.
On top of the amazing location, you will enjoy over 2300 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a large screened porch by the pool, and an enclosed front porch too. The house has a split floor plan for the bedrooms with two separate living rooms and each side of the house even has its own central air conditioning system with separate controls. There are lots of outdoor spaces with the screened-in room off of the pool, a screened porch at the front entrance, and a private zen garden on the side yard. There are two sets of french doors that lead out to the screened-in room with a comfortable seating area as well as a ping pong table! The porch leads out to the pool and fire pit area with a gas grill. The large pool/spa patio area is an additional 1300 square feet of outdoor enjoyment space! Brand new to us in June 2016 as our weekend retreat, we are offering to share our paradise with others interested in having a great vacation. All three bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious Stearns & Foster pillow top mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. The master and the first guest rooms have large wooden king beds and the second guest room has a Tommy Bahama style queen size bed. The front living room also has a full-size sleeper in the sofa with a memory foam mattress. The rear living room has a 55" LED Smart TV, the master has a 40" LED Smart TV, and the guest rooms have 32" LED TVs. There is also high speed Wifi access that works great in the whole house as well as outside, and can be used for streaming. The kitchen enjoys newer cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry. Please note that there are three steps to get up to the pool deck from the screened porch.
The pool is absolutely amazing -- with fountains and LED lights that even change colors at night - the best star-gazing environment!! During the day, there is a baja deck for sunning in the water with two sets of stairs into the pool. If you prefer shade, there are trees that provide a lot of natural shade during the summer afternoons in the spa/pool. And there are pool floats, fun noodles, and pool toys. There is an attached garage that is great for keeping your car clean and keeping you dry. There's even room enough for storage of bikes, kayaks, etc.
We recently bought the house for our own getaway, and have furnished it for tropical luxury and enjoyment. The house has a really inviting and fun feel to it! You can park your car in the driveway for the weekend or a week, and walk to the grocery store and to over 20 restaurants and restaurants nearby! From the best gourmet restaurants in town, 11 Maple and Pineapple Jack's, to fun casual affair like Mulligan's on the Beach to fun with an outdoor band and seafood at Crawdaddy's -- all within steps. There are also two spas you can walk to and plenty of shops! And you can go for a walk along the intracoastal and even over the bridge in the mornings for great views and come home to pick coconuts from your own palm trees in the front yard. Boat ramps, boat rentals, kayak rentals are also just around the corner as well as the US Sailing Center which so many of my guests have enjoyed for family day. The beautiful Hutchinson Island beaches are just over the bridge, about 3 minutes, and there are lifeguards and plenty of activities for everyone. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella come equipped with the house.
There are plenty of other stores, restaurants, and the mall in Jensen Beach that are only a 5 minute drive from the house. The house is also convenient to Pineapple Park which is just a few miles straight down Jensen Beach Boulevard.
Perfect for families or even couples looking to share a vacation home in paradise -- plenty of space for everyone. And no worries - just bring your toothbrush, bathing suit, and flip flops!
THE HOUSE IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED BETWEEN GUESTS, AND HAVE ADDED CDC GUIDELINES INCLUDING DISINFECTING ALL ITEMS COMMONLY TOUCHED BY GUESTS (DOOR KNOBS, KITCHEN HANDLES, REMOTE CONTROLS, ETC.).
