'We had a tough time getting in touch with the host when issues came up. I don’t expect constant communication, but it would’ve been helpful to hear back more quickly—especially since the A/C didn’t work properly for the first few nights. Maintenance eventually came and fixed it, but it was frustrating, and even after that, it kept resetting to 84 in the middle of the night.There were also a few cleanliness issues. 'The dishwasher and toaster were not working. No extra blankets. The place was very clean other than trash left in trash cans and some dog hair on back side of futon in living room. '

'Very nice, safe, quiet area within easy driving of restaurants and parks. Ocean Beach is about 30 minutes away. Very nice pitch and putt that is free to use. Pool is heated and not too crowded. Lady Rivera is very easy to work with and responded to our call and texts quickly. Condo is first floor and contained all the essentials. Highly recommend. '

'The unit is beautiful. Appliances are efficient. Outside landscape is magnificent. Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. Everthing was super. But the best part of this unit - something you won’t see in a picture on the Vrbo site - is the property manager - Dathan. He is quick to respond to any and I mean any question or issue. His motto should be, “Whenever you need me, just call and I’ll be there.” Dathan has made our stay worry-free. Thanks for everything, Dathan.'

'We had such an amazing stay here for our son’s baseball tournament. The house is beautiful with the most comfortable beds. We had 4 adults and two children and had so much room and loved the stocked kitchen, allowing us to cook at home most evenings. The view was incredible of the harbor and pool, even enjoyed fishing right outside a couple of nights. Would love to come back next summer! '

'This entire stay from the very moment I tried booking it was nothing but awful. I WAS DOUBLE BOOKED. I was charged for two condos And only wanted one. I sent texts, emails, and voice messages. IMMEDIATELY once i found out they double charged me. I heard nothing from this so called host. And only after I mentioned contacting an attorney. After several days of messages and calls. They refused to refund my money. I contacted VRBO during all of this. And they tried to message and call the guys....
