Novalesi House (only 20 minutes to Venice)

Novalesi House is located in the historic center of Noale (Piazza XX Settembre), near the ancient and prestigious Soranzo-Scotto palace.
The house accommodates up to 5 people and consists of:
1 fully equipped terracotta-Venetian kitchen;
1 large living room;
1 double bedroom for 2 people;
2 separate bathrooms;
1 single room;
1 wooden attic with 1 double bed for 2 people.
The structure (90 m2), furnished with period pieces and fireplace, is 3 minutes from the railway station, ideal for reaching the center of Venice (20 minutes by train).
Novalesi House is also equipped with: free wi-fi service, flat screen TV, independent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, oven, microwave oven, bed linen, towels and free parking.

Noale House

Wonderful spot in the beautiful town of Noale. Right around the corner the the small town centre, short walk to old castle. And right down the street to the train station with a ride of 20min you reach Venice for day trips. Canadian Waldherr family had a wonderful stay!!!

Great time in NE Italy

Great location for access to the various sights of NE Italy. Very easy to get the train to Venice. Accomdoation very comfortable and well equiped and helpful hosts. Noale is a lovely and friendly town with all the amenities you need as well as a bit of history.

Beautiful and clean accommodation. Spacious for two couples plus a single bed. Easy walk to train and groceries. Musty, damp smell was persistent. Mattresses felt well worn.

L'endroit est idealement situé dans noale (le centre est juste derrière la maison). L'appartement est bien équipé (climatisation dans la partie arriere ideale pour la mezzanine et la salle à manger). La cuisine, bien équipée, est un peu âgée mais parfaitement fonctionnelle.Les chambres manquent d'endroits de rangement et la literie de la chambre parentale est assez usée.L'accueil par les hôtes était vraiment très bien.C'était un très beau séjour.

Venice vacay via Noale

My husband, 2 young adult children and I stayed 3 nights in May 2025 in order to visit Venice! There is a lot of space is this location to hang out as a family. We even played Boggle. It is a short train ride trip into Venice where we visited Murano and Burano as well. This location in nice because it feels like a small town where you can escape the tourist trap that is Venice. Great grocery store! Umberto was very attentive and met us there for check in.

Perfect location for visiting Venice.

This house was in the beautiful medieval town of Noale. Markets, restaurants and castle walls are all in walking distance . We were greeted by Umberto, son of Cesare, who carefully explained everything we needed to know about the house and surrounding areas, including where to catch the train for Venice . The house was classic Italian and reminded me of my Italian Nana’s house in Philadelphia- spotless and functional, with comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax .

Noale is a lovely town, so handy for Venice. We walked to the train station in minutes. The property is in a great location near bars, restaurants and shops. There is a huge water park nearby also. The house was clean and just as described and perfect for our needs. Thank you. We hope to return!

First family trip abroad

This was the first time in Europe for my sister, great-nephew and I and we chose to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. Noale was just perfect. Our house was comfortable and spacious, the town was charming and our hosts could not have been any more helpful! We had a wonderful time and were able to immerse ourselves in traditional Italian life, to a certain degree. It was wonderful and we will definitely be back.

Great property, great location and great host

We are extremely happy with our decision to stay in Noale. It was close enough to Venice by train to enjoy but a quaint refuge from the business of the city. The house is easy to find from the train station and there are many immensities close by. We were greeted by Cesar’s son who spoke English and was able to give us some great local recommendations. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Absolute Treasure

We were welcomed for our first trip to Italy with such a nice host. Wally made sure we had all the information and we enjoyed ourselves IMMENSELY! The pizza place that is so close is to die for. The place is cozy, clean with a great wifi connection. Everything we could ask for. A quick train ride gets you to Venice as promised and we didn’t have time this trip but to explore Treviso is now on my new travel list! Hope to visit again soon :)

Toller Urlaub

Noale ist ein süßes Örtchen, das Haus liegt sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Nach Venedig sind es 33 Minuten mit dem Zug, alles machbar. Wir sind auch - als Tagesausflug- nach Florenz und Padua mit dem Zug gefahren. Italien ist ein sehr schönes Land, im Sommer nur sehr heiß (38,5 Grad und mehr) Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Venedig und Noale

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit im April in Venedig für 4 Tage verbracht. Die Unterkunft war zauberhaft und wir haben uns zu fünft darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bahn-Station Noale Scorze ist in 5 -7 min. zu Fuß super schnell erreichbar und für 3,90€ kann man problemlos nach Venedig Centrum fahren, Dauer ca. 25-30 min. In Noale selbst gibt es einen wirklich großen Spar- Markt, auch zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Leckere Restaurants sind auch ganz nah; Umberto, der Sohn des Vermieters hat uns herzlich empfangen und seine Lieblingsrestaurants empfohlen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

My sisters and I recently had the privilege of staying at Novalesi House to celebrate my 60th birthday, and it was a truly memorable occasion. The accommodation was quite roomy, spotless, and equipped with everything we required.The host went above and above to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied from the moment we arrived. Owners of Novalesi House are extremely friendly and professional. Excellent location, Noale, a charming small village that is warm and hospitable. Venice is easily accessible by rail from Noale, so you can enjoy both. Will definitely suggest to friends and anticipate returning. Excellent 10/10

Convenient To Town

Very clean and host was very friendly/helpful. It was a little difficult to find but the host was there when we arrived to show us where it was. Only gave 4 stars for neighborhood as it was under construction/renovations around the area. Once that is done, would definitely give it 5 stars! There was tea, coffee, dish/laundry and bath soaps as well as olive oil, balsamic, etc. to use which is always nice! If we ever return to Italy, we would definitely stay here.

Easter break 2023

What a brilliant place to stay! We had contact throughout our journey and even though we were running a couple of hours late, Cesare's son, Umberto, met us at the accommodation. He explained everything we could think of, including the best restaurants and places to shop. We visited Venice on both days of our stay and caught the train in, only 30 minutes away. The station is 5 minutes away from the accommodation. We wish we were staying longer. The house has everything and was wonderful. We met Cesare at check out. 5 stars all round!! Thank you. Great apartment and great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Noale. The grocery store Eurostar was about a 7 minute walk. Train station was a 5 minute walk. Our first night, there was a carnival and concerts in Noale. One morning, there was a great outdoor market. We took the train into Venice two days. We drove to Verona one day and Padova one day, although those are both easily reached by train. We loved coming back each night to a quiet town with friendly people and lots of charm. Just around the corner, the same place that has coffee and pastries in the morning has drinks and desserts at night. Gelato is nearby too. Everything was perfect!
