Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt. Kein KĆ¼hlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Ansonsten alles ok. Auch das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war gut. FĆ¼r jeden was dabei.

Could use some small changes but overa great!
Employees are wonderful and the location is great for the train station. The shower grout has mould in it, the rooms are very small and they offer a dual shower gel/shampoo with no conditioner and the beds are super firm (which is typical for Europe) but my pregnant back was not having it.

Muy bonito hotel, fĆ”cil de llegar y en una muy buena ubicaciĆ³n. La habitaciĆ³n que nos tocĆ³ parecĆ­a reciĆ©n remodelada, por tanto se miraba en buen estado. El Ćŗnico detalle es que se filtraba un poco el ruido por las maƱanas cuando hay movimiento por el restaurante (por la ubicacion de nuestra habitaciĆ³n) y la habitaciĆ³n un poco pequeƱa. Por lo demĆ”s, tuvimos muy buen alojamiento y estancia. El personal muy amable.

Hotel bien ubicado si deseas hospedarte cerca de la estaciĆ³n de tren, cabe destacar que para llegar a la plaza San marcos hay que caminar unos 25-30min. El hotel es pequeƱo, reserve 3 habitaciones para mis familiares y para mi. Las camadas eran cĆ³modas y el baƱo que ellos tenĆ­an en sus habitaciones eran mĆ”s amplios y bonitos que la habitaciĆ³n en la que yo me hospedĆ©. El baƱo de mi habitaciĆ³n era pequeƱo y el agua tardaba mucho en irse por el drenaje, ademas la habitaciĆ³n olĆ­a mucho a humedad. RecomendarĆ­a que colocaran un cesto de basura en la habitaciĆ³n. El desayuno es bĆ”sico, el personal es muy amable.

Perfect Venice hotel
This hotel is great! Located down a quiet alley. Clean, quiet, easy and early checkin compared to other hotels and very convenient to Rialto bridge, train station and water bus area. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice room. Cute little balcony (albeit not much of a view). Lovely helpful staff. Included breakfast was ok. Nice and quiet (even the stairs were carpeted). Handy location to the trains and the canal. Little porters meet you at the station and before you know it or even ask what is going on they have put your bags onto their trolleys and they are off!! Pretty good service though - although 25 Euro is a bit steep for a 5 minute walk

Very good choice for us! Easy walk from the train station, flat and smooth compared to other cobbly roads! Modern bathroom, clean, small room but comfortable as we only stayed for 2 nights. We are a couple with a 12 year old and she was comfortable on the twin size daybed. Had a small terrace for sunshine. Great section of Venice away from the bustling hub but still wider streets and a lot of dining and shopping. You can easily access anywhere in Venice by water bus or walking. All the staff was super friendly, they have a good system to store your luggage if needed, organized and shared directions on how to get around. I recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

A great, affoesable Venice stay
Although the hotel is just a 2 star rating, i have stayed in way worse hotels over the years rated much higher. Villa Rosa is located down a small alleyway and offer great value for money. Our room was not big, but it was clearly modernized with a great shower and solid bedroom. With a location close to the train station it is extremely convenient in terms of getting to and from, and Venice being a confusing and overwhelming city, this is an amazing feature. Staff were extremely kind, helpful and attentive during out stay, going out of the way to help when there was a booking issue beforehand. Only downsides are small, we couls have uses a fridge and trashcan in the room (there is a small trashcan in the bathroom, but it was quickly filled with water bottles and similar items), and while the breakfast is lovely to be included, it left a little to be desired from my personal tastes, but it was decent enough.
