The front desk was most accommodating and my room was cool, clean and santized. My room facee the sea with a large balcony. The pool was clean and with staff available to help. '

'Die Liegenschaft hat ein hervorragendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Habe für 1 Nacht / 1 Person / 1 Zimmer Sfr. 10.- bezahlt. Es ist nahe gelegen am berühmten Lighthouse Beach. Jedoch ziemlich weit weg vom Flughafen Trivandrum. (ca. 30 Minuten.) Etwas Nachteilig waren die Hundegebelle in der Nachbarschaft welche man in der Nacht hörte. Würde sofort wieder dort übernachten.'

'Great, pleasant and helpful staff. Room (superior) was very good, clean, everything worked. I particularly appreciated the room being mosquito proof, meaning all mesh over ventilation openings were perfectly secure. Restaurant staff were particulary thoughtful and helpful. All in all, a very pleasant stay at The Jasmine Palace.'

'Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads...

'W e were not happy with the stay. Fan was not working and not made working after informing next day morning. Ac making lot of noise spoiling the comfort of staying near the beach. Very difficult to locate.'

'This property sits back from the beach about 100m, making it quiet and peaceful, with many birds singing in the morning. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was clean. This is a great stay for a budget hotel. Kovalum Beach is really scenic as well.'
