Independent chalet of 120 m² with fireplace and fully equipped.<br>3 bedrooms and a mountain area, 3 bathrooms, an independent kitchen, raclette or plancha machines, board games etc... everything you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends.<br>The chalet is located on a 1700 m2 plot of larch trees where you may be lucky enough to see squirrels jumping from tree to tree and chickadees twirling in the air.<br>The chalet is located 400 meters from the departure of the Peynier chairlift and 300 meters from the center of the resort with all the necessary shops (Sherpa, bakery, pharmacy, butcher, medical center, etc.), the departures of the ski lifts and the French ski school.<br><br> The chalet has a fireplace with insert for which we offer you wood.<br><br> You will find on the first floor:<br><br>- A bright living room with lounge area with a fireplace with insert <br><br>The living room is composed of a large solid wood table that can accommodate all guests in order to share warm meals with family and/or friends.<br><br>The lounge area, decorated with sofas and a coffee table, is equipped with a TV with satellite reception, a DVD player with DVD available and many board games for your evenings by the fire.<br><br>The living room opens onto a south-facing terrace. The terrace is equipped with a table and two benches<br><br>- a new kitchen (separate from the living room) fully equipped with electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, raclette and fondue machines, Nespresso coffee maker and all the useful equipment for cooking and much more (toaster, kettle, juice press..)<br><br>- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer where you can leave your skis and ski boots as well as wetsuits to dry<br><br>- a toilet on the first floor <br><br>Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 with private shower room and one with bathroom.<br><br>- bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (2 people) and 2 bunk beds (1 place *2) as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet<br>You will find a TV<br><br>- bedroom 2 opening onto a balcony with 1 double bed (2 people) and 1 bunk bed (1 place *2)<br><br>- bedroom 3 opening onto the balcony with 1 double bed downstairs and 1 single bunk bed.<br>1 bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) completes the room <br>There is also a TV<br><br>- Bedroom 4 is a mountain area with 2 bunk beds (1 person + 1 person) and 1 bathroom (bath, toilet, washbasin) <br><br>The south-facing balcony is equipped with two sun loungers and a coffee table.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi access <br><br>Free wood<br><br>Baby equipment available: travel cot, high chair, changing mat and safety gate for the stairs <br><br>An electric package of 250 euros is included in the rental price. <br>However, electricity consumption in excess of 250 euros will be deducted from the deposit on presentation of the EDF statement given at your departure.<br><br>Please note that bed linen and bath linen are not provided <br><br>We look forward to welcoming you from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 11:00 for a minimum stay of 7 nights
