'We had a room with a mountain view, which is also the pool view. View was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The room was generally clean, with the exception of stains on the rug, bath mat, and robe. Breakfast was ok, with a decent number of options, but much of it was gone by 9:30am (breakfast ended at 10am) and most of the hot food was only lukewarm. '

'Gros doute sur le changement des draps et taies d'oreillers, ça ne sentait pas la lessive mais plutôt les draps déjà utilisés. Nous l'avons signalé a la patronne, mais elle nous dit d'un ton agressif que c'était propre. D'ailleurs, l'accueil était aussi désagréable, je me suis présenté, mais elle m'a demandé sèchement mon numéro de réservation. Je n'ai pas de souci a aider à retrouver ma réservation, même si ce n'est a moi de le faire, mais c'est pas normal de me le demander de manière...
