'This is our go to hotel for our frequent trips to Victoria for theatre and concerts at the Royal Theatre. The location is perfectly situated for walking in either direction, so the harbour, dining and the theatre are all easily accessible. The property itself is in fantastic condition, the rooms and other facilities are very well maintained. The staff are without exception warm and welcoming and every request we have made was delivered with the highest level of courtesy. Wonderful hotel!'

'Noisy! No reviews mentioned that. It's on the busiest street in town with semi's roaring by at 6 AM. On the other hand it was the most convenient of locations. I loved the hotel. I was not prepared for the street noise but am glad I stayed there.'
