'This is a fraudulent listing. When we called to check-in the phone was answered by an intoxicated person who refused out stay. VRBO provided us no ability to cancel or return our funds. From my conversation with the intoxicated person they are a tenant that is renting the home illegally.'

'The staff were friendly and super helpful. The hotel's location is great...right along the water and a short walk or water taxi to downtown. We cycled here, so having access to secure bike storage was fantastic! The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day spent walking around Victoria too. The only weird feature, was the placement of the showerhead. As opposed to the usual placement at one end of the tub, the showerhead was right in the middle of the tub, so the water shot straight...
