The living room also provides access to the 510 square foot private deck which provides a one of a kind 210' degree wraparound view over looking Andy Livingstone park, Concord community park, BC's Science World, Rogers Arena, and an overlooking private view of the buildings private courtyard and its water-features.

The private deck also features 2 recliners and 2 sun loungers for you to sit back and read while enjoying the sun. We also provide 6 chairs and a fold out table for anyone interested in taking their dining experience outdoors.
