'We have been in the house for the second time and it was (again) a perfect stay'

'Overall excellent experience. Check in had some hick ups because access was sent online after we left home and we had trouble with our internet connection and the given phone number was not correct. Was solved though after finding a restaurant with WIFI (so if you book make sure you do have mobile roaming). There was a big construction happening right above the villa-not the owner's fault but it affected us with lack of parking and smell and noise. The villa itself is gorgeous, well maintained...

'Aufenthalt haben wer sehr genossen, unsere beiden Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam und haben uns sehr nett begrüßt. Es hat sogar Kuchen und ein schönes Proviantpaket. Insgesamt best ausgestattetestes Haus mit allem was man sich wünschen kann '

Villa immaculate and spacious.Raquel has been the the best host i have dealt with during various other bookings. all before messages answered so promptly, met us on arrival and gave a tour of the villa.Raquel also on hand to assist with booking and communication .I defiantly recommend Villa Canela and will return.Many Thanks Again Raquel.'

'Het huis is bijzonder; veel hoekjes, nissen, niveau verschil en een enorme hoeveelheid schilderijen. Een van de mooiste plaatsen is het bovenste terras met uitzicht op de Teide. Jammer genoeg zijn er overal kleine of grotere onvolkomenheden die allemaal duiden op achterstallig onderhoud. Enkele voorbeelden; de toiletten spoelen niet of slecht door, de doucheslang werkt niet, vaatwasser is kapot, erg veel mieren op het aanrecht, enorm krakende bedden en een heel slecht divanbed. Het zou goed zijn...

'Hemos estado 4 días en esta magnífica casa. Mi familia y yo lo pasamos muy bien.casa totalmente equipada no le falta nada de nada.tranquilidad ,zona de juegos impresionante ,barbacoa grandísima ,piscina, climatizada y hasta una canasta exterior para jugar.habitaciones muy luminosas .limpieza excelente .y Raquel la propietaria muy amable .nos atendió estupendamente y pendiente a todo en todo momento.sin duda repetiremos.'
